Provider and Course Searches
Some tips to improve your searches when using our website:
- Start with some general keywords and if your search yields too many results, use the area dropdown to list only providers from a certain area you are interested in
- If you run a search which renders no results try using alternative keywords, (for example: instead of 'sound engineer' you might like to try 'music technology' or another set of keyword(s) until you find some appropriate matches)
- Alternatively if you are unable to find an appropriate matches you may want to try browsing our provider list instead. Use the map on the right to browse the different providers from a specific area.
Member Login Issues
If you are a member and having trouble logging into the website, please ensure that after registering you have first received the email confirming that your account has been activated. All new members are vetted first before activation occurs, this process can take up to 72 hours to complete.
Once you have been activated if you are still experiencing difficulties you may want to have a password reminder sent to you to confirm the password you are trying to login with.
